California Stationary Fuel Cell Collaborative

A Message from the IAP Chair

Momentum!  That’s what the fuel cell industry is building now, especially in California. And the California Stationary Fuel Cell Collaborative is one of the forces behind this momentum.

There’s no better time for your organization to be active in the Collaborative’s Industry Advisory Panel.  Why?  Four reasons:

  1. We can accomplish more together than we each can separately.   The reach and credibility of our unified effort delivers greater results, whether creating public awareness or advocating economic incentives to the state legislature.
  2. Now is an especially critical time for moving the industry forward.  The potential for widespread adoption ripens weekly.  Yet our success as an industry is not assured, our development as a commercially viable energy source still fragile.  Now is the time to join together to nurture the industry’s nascent development, especially in California’s rapidly changing regulatory environment.
  3. You’ll have greater access to information and people statewide and industry-wide than if you’re not involved.
  4. It’s satisfying and, yes, even fun.

So, check out the IAP.  You’ll like what you see.

Even better, join before our Nov. 1 IAP meeting and take part in the effort to commercialize stationary fuel cell technologies throughout the state of California.  For more information, contact me directly at mickey_oros@altergy.com or contact Kathy Haq, chair of the Collaborative’s Outreach Committee, at khaq@nfcrc.uci.edu.

We look forward to your participation and support.
